A plus sign means a starting price for a typical home in that category. If yours is larger or needs more work, we tell you the adjusted number at the walkthrough — before any work begins, never as a surprise afterwards.

Recurring rates
How often you have us over changes the rate
Weekly is the base rate. Space the visits further apart and the package price adjusts up a little, since more time — and usually more mess — has built up since the last one.

The adjustment applies to the package price only. Add-ons — inside the fridge, interior windows, baseboards and everything else below — cost the same however often we come.
Minimum charge
$149
However small the job, every visit is billed at a minimum of $149. If your package and add-ons come to less than that, we bring the total up to the minimum — never down, and never as a hidden fee. You’ll see it on your summary before you submit.
Baseboards
$10 / room
Priced per room rather than as one whole-home number. Add it at booking and you pick how many rooms — the quantity selector updates your total as you go, so the number you see is the number you get.

Add any of these onto a package at booking. Prices are per visit unless noted.
